Mango ("Platform") is an anonymous company review and part-time job matching platform operated by TY Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company"). The Platform provides the following services:

  • AI-powered part-time job matching between job seekers and employers
  • Anonymous company reviews (the "Mango" sweet-sour rating system)
  • Real salary information sharing
  • Interview experience sharing
  • Work permit verification for foreign workers

By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2.1 Accurate Information
Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including real name, phone number, and other required information.

2.2 No Multiple Accounts
Each user is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or inflate points constitutes a violation of these Terms.

2.3 No Account Sharing
User accounts are personal and may not be shared, lent, or transferred to others. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

2.4 Suspension and Deletion
The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

3.1 Legal Responsibility
Users are solely legally responsible for all content they post, including company reviews, salary information, interview experiences, and other content.

3.2 Truthfulness Guarantee
Users warrant that all posted content is truthful and based on their actual experience. Fabricating false reviews or providing misleading information is prohibited.

3.3 License Grant
By posting content on the Platform, users grant the Company a license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purposes of operating the Platform, without disclosing the identity of the poster.

Users are prohibited from posting or engaging in the following:

  • Defamation — False content that damages the reputation of individuals or organizations
  • Threats — Threatening, harassing, or bullying other users or individuals
  • Disclosure of Personal Information — Revealing another person's personal data without consent, such as real names, addresses, or phone numbers
  • False Information — Fabricating reviews, salary data, or interview experiences
  • Personal Attacks — Targeting specific individuals rather than critiquing organizational policies or practices
  • Discrimination — Content that discriminates against or expresses hatred toward any race, religion, gender, nationality, or group
  • Royal Institution Content — Content that may violate the lese-majeste law (Section 112 of the Criminal Code) is strictly prohibited
  • Trade Secrets — Disclosing trade secrets, patents, or intellectual property of companies
  • Spam and Manipulation — Repetitive posting, use of bots, or manipulation of sweet-sour scores

5.1 Moderation System
All content posted on the Platform is subject to automated and/or manual review before publication.

5.2 Moderation Standards
Content is reviewed against the following criteria:

  • Compliance with these Terms of Service
  • Compliance with Thai law
  • Appropriateness and respect for others
  • Absence of third-party personal information

5.3 Review Timeline
Reviews typically take 1-3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

5.4 Review Outcomes
Approved content is published immediately. Rejected content is returned with reasons, allowing users to revise and resubmit.

6.1 Anonymous Publication
All company reviews, salary data, and interview experiences are published anonymously. The only information displayed is the reviewer type (current/former employee).

6.2 Identity-Content Separation
User identity information and posted content are stored separately in the database system to enhance identity protection security.

6.3 Identity Disclosure
The Company will not disclose the identity of any reviewer or content author unless ordered to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (and amendments) or by a government authority legally empowered to make such a request.

7.1 Complaint Procedure
Employers who believe a review violates these Terms may file a complaint through the system, specifying:

  • The review in question
  • Reasons why the review is believed to violate the Terms
  • Supporting evidence (if available)

7.2 Review Process
The team will review complaints within 5 business days and notify the complainant of the outcome.

7.3 Cases Not Accepted
Complaints will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Reviews expressing honest personal opinions in good faith
  • Truthful information, even if damaging to reputation
  • Complaints lacking sufficient detail or evidence
  • Complaints intended to intimidate or force removal of legitimate reviews

The Platform uses a 4-tier penalty system based on the severity of violations:

The Company reserves the right to skip penalty levels for severe violations.

9.1 Exchange System
Mango uses a "share first, view others" system. Users must share their own data before they can view data from other users.

9.2 Earning Points

  • Company review: 200 points
  • Salary share: 250 points
  • Interview experience share: 300 points
  • Bonus points for high-quality content

9.3 Spending Points

  • View full reviews
  • View detailed salary data
  • View detailed interview experiences

9.4 Prohibition
Obtaining points through illegitimate means is prohibited, including fabricating reviews, using multiple accounts, or employing automated tools. Such actions will be penalized at Level 2-4.

10.1 Reference Information Only
Information about work permits, the 39 prohibited occupations, and foreign worker requirements on the Platform is provided for reference purposes only.

10.2 Official Sources
Users must verify information with the relevant government authorities, such as the Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour. Information on the Platform may not always be current.

10.3 Liability
The Company is not liable for damages resulting from decisions made based on foreign worker compliance information on the Platform.

11.1 Service Continuity
The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will operate continuously without interruption, errors, or maintenance.

11.2 User Risk
Use of the Platform is at the user's own risk. The Company provides services on an "as-is" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

11.3 Labour Disputes
Mango is a matching platform only. The Company is not a party to the employment relationship between users and will not intervene in or be liable for labour disputes between employers and employees.

11.4 Content Accuracy
The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-posted content, including reviews, salary data, and interview experiences.

12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, including but not limited to:

  • Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (and amendments)
  • Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA)
  • Civil and Commercial Code
  • Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541 (and amendments)

12.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Southern Bangkok Civil Court or courts with jurisdiction in Bangkok.

12.3 Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
