Legal Effect of the Power of Attorney
This Power of Attorney is legally binding under the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, Sections 797-814 (Agency). Once signed by the employer, Mango is authorized to act on behalf of the employer with relevant government agencies, such as the Department of Employment and the Immigration Bureau.
Scope of Authorization
The authorized representative (Mango) may only perform the actions checked (☐) in the document. No authority is granted beyond what is explicitly specified.
No Employment Relationship
This Power of Attorney is solely for document processing purposes. It does not create an employer-employee relationship between Mango and the employer or the worker.
Revocation
The employer may revoke this Power of Attorney at any time by providing written notice to Mango. The revocation takes effect from the date Mango receives the notice.
