The Company acts solely as an intermediary connecting job seekers with employers. The Company does not guarantee:

• Successful matching between job seekers and employers
• The conduct, actions, or reliability of any employer
• Employment outcomes or working conditions

Users acknowledge that all employment-related decisions are made at their own discretion and responsibility.

Regarding administrative services offered through the Platform, users acknowledge and accept that:

• Processing times depend on the relevant government agencies, which the Company has no control over
• The success of any application depends on the accuracy and completeness of documents provided by the user, as well as government officials' discretion
• The Company does not guarantee approval outcomes from any government agency under any circumstances
• Administrative service fees are charged for the processing work only, not as a guarantee of results

Information regarding MOU processes, fees, regulations, and other legal requirements displayed on the Platform is provided for general reference only and may be subject to change in accordance with government policies.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform without verification from official government sources.

Recruitment agency listings displayed on the Platform are compiled from publicly available information and government sources. Such listings do not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of the quality of services provided by those agencies.

• An agency's appearance as a "partner" or "recommended agency" does not imply any guarantee of quality or reliability by the Company
• Users are responsible for independently verifying the licenses and qualifications of any recruitment agency
• Licensed recruitment agencies can be verified at Department of Employment (doe.go.th)

In accordance with Company policy, foreign workers shall not be charged any fees for using the Platform, job matching, or any other related services.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (1994) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

No content on the Platform may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability to any user shall in no event exceed the total amount of service fees actually paid by that user to the Company.

The Company shall not be liable for any of the following under any circumstances:

• Indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages caused by force majeure or events beyond the Company's control
• Damages caused by the actions of third parties, including employers, job seekers, or government agencies
